We ship anywhere in the U.S.A. Shipping times vary depending on carriers. We are currently seeing a delay across all carriers. If you need an item rushed for any reason, please contact us using the contact form. If you are outside of the U.S.A., please contact us directly using the contact form. We will see if we can get an item shipped to you, and at what cost.

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted.

Exchanges (if applicable) – All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, within 2 weeks of receiving the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item (vintage items may not be able to be replaced as they are usually one of a kind), please send us a message using the contact form and include the following: 1. Subject (Damage Exchange Request), 2. Name, Phone number, Email address, 3. Order Number, 4. Photo of the damage or defect. Upon receipt, the claim will be reviewed for approval and you will be notified.

All vintage, antique and heirloom items are one-of-a-kind, old, and delicate. They may come with the usual amount of wear, tear, and love. All vintage, antique, and heirloom items are unique and different from one another. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted.

Need a special order for a bachelorette and bachelor party, bridal shower, wedding and wedding party, baby shower, milestone birthday, special graduation, etc. Fill out the contact form with the subject line (Special Order Request). We're happy to help design your special item. Special orders have a one time design fee of $100, plus cost of items. You will receive the special order “artwork” in the form of a JPEG/PNG file to keep forever. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted.

We aim to give feedback to all requests within 24 hours, but please allow 1-2 business days for the response. Our support team is based in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) and is available during standard business hours.
